Unfortunately, we encounter many clients who have been misinformed about CoolSculpting Elite, so let’s dispel those myths and empower you with accurate information!
- Myth #1: CoolSculpting Elite is a gimmick. Nothing could be further from the truth! Bodify alone has thousands and thousands of “before and after” photos to prove the dramatic, lasting results CoolSculpting Elite can achieve when it comes to stubborn fat on both men and women. It’s definitely not an overnight magical “get thin quick” solution, but the technology is based on proven science. Fat cells crystallize under freezing temperatures, and then the body naturally expels them over a relatively short amount of time, leaving the treated area more contoured with a visible reduction of fat of up to 25%. No gimmicks.
- Myth #2: CoolSculpting Elite is super painful. Honestly, every client’s experience is different, and most of our clients can agree that it’s not actually “painful” as it can be a bit uncomfortable. Many actually compare a visit to Bodify
to a visit to a day spa. CoolSculpting Elite is non-invasive, so there’s no needles and no cutting into the skin – anesthesia isn’t even required, and most people are able to resume their normal activities that same day. When the applicator is placed onto your targeted area, you may feel some pulling or pinching, but those unpleasant feelings actually subside rather quickly as the area goes numb. Once the applicator is removed, your amazing Bodify technician will gently massage the area to break up the crystallized fat cells, and we will admit that can be uncomfortable. But when you compare it to invasive liposuction which has significant downtime, CoolSculpting Elite treatments are a walk in the park!
